Vine Principle

The history of Greek wine is so complicated that any possible attempt to trace it back is like an attempt to outline the Greek history!

It hasn’t been proven yet how and by whom they taught the winemaking. Potential teachers might be Eastern (Phoenicians, Egyptians), while further reports present that wine came from Thrace. There are three types of wine: light, sparkling and liquor sort. The wine completeness belongs to the category of light wines though. Sparkling wines are the wines, which carbon dioxide bubbles trapped in it. They usually connect to celebrations and special occasions. The most common and posh example can be the French champagne. Finally, liqueur wines also known as strong wines, as they are enhanced by additional alcohol and their strength varies from 15-22% in alcohol content.
